KtorTestApplicationFeature

AppDefaults-equivalent feature for integration testing environment. This sets up:

• The KtorExtension

• A KtorTestApplication for the default application

• The default application itself (with services disabled)

• The DefaultAppDefaultsModule, which sets up default values for the application.
